Todd brings a unique “insider” perspective to career development. With corporate change being the flavor of the day, Todd delivers a clear picture of what the workplace looks like and how employees can make the most of their situation.

With his MSEE, MBA and  many years in management, Todd has learned how to analyze the many situations people face in their career.  Finding solutions to these issues is made easier from his Master’s degree in Engineering, where solving problems is the sole purpose.

His professional background provides considerable additional perspective into the challenges employees face. Todd is the managing director for a small Austin-based consulting firm who specializes in assisting people execute career transitions. This includes finding a new job, planning their career, starting their own business or simply helping them surpass obstacles.

Todd’s own personal experiences range from serving in the enlisted ranks in the US Air Force, being an engineer and a senior manager, to owning his own company.

Born in McBee, South Carolina, now residing in Austin, Texas, Todd

has traveled the globe to help others be more successful in what they

do.  He is avid reader, writer and athlete.  He is also the father of

three children, where he’s learned a whole new perspective on the

education and skills required to be successful in a world that has

yet took shape.

Todd’s purpose is to help others improve their “Success Vision.”

It’s a way to visualize what you want, how you’ll go about getting

it and who will be their to help you when it gets tough.
